EXPERIENCED LEGAL REPRESENTATION

Marsha Sutherland Pullen started the Family Law practice in 2006, after moving to Florida. She has practiced in various areas of the law throughout her career. Marsha chooses to focus her practice in the Family Law area. Her experience in Family Law is complemented by her experience in contract law, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. Initially admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1984, Marsha has the experience, integrity, and ability to assist her Family Law clients navigate through the legal and emotional trials of ending a marriage, planning for future needs, and dividing their assets.

Patrick Pullen leads the Business Practice. He ensures quality customer service by listening to clients and addressing their concerns. Born in Ohio, he is admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Ohio, and Tennessee. He also holds an Ohio CPA and has an LLM in Taxation from Emory University. He was initially licensed to practice law in 1984. His years of corporate experience domestic and international, make him uniquely qualify him to better serve our clients.

Lisa Rosado is a skilled and trusted legal assistant. She is one of the few native Floridians living and working in Naples, Florida. Working in the legal field since 1987 and with Sutherland Pullen Law since 2010, she knows the Naples, Collier County legal community, its customs and procedures. Lisa is the engine room of the practice, assisting the clients and the attorneys with the necessary steps to achieve the clients’ goals and fulfill the clients’ expectations. While fulfilling her responsibilities, Lisa is honest, discreet and trusted. She is a valued part of the Sutherland Pullen Law practice.
